Calculating your POLS Grade as of right now
MindTap Total Possible Points = 180
MindTap Chapters 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 /6 /7 (remember that Ch 1 did not count)
Add up all of your points and see how many you have now.
Exam Total Possible Points = 250
Add up your two exam grades and see how many you have now.
Get your overall total points and divide by 430. That will show you were you stand, so you know if you have a D, B, C or A.
COMM Grade
There is a total points column that should have your total points out of a possible 180 points. (this doesn't count today's exam points)
The column shows your letter grade, but you should do the math yourself. That way you can see where you stand for that letter grade. 80? 85? Or 89?
Seminar Grade
Check a column that say Seminar Grade. It says what number grade you have (Ex. 86).
I DO NOT go by points, so do not check that column.
Midterm Grades
When you return, professors will be entering Midterm Grades and they should be released to you by March 28th.
So it is important that you know where you stand since immediately afterwards, the registration and drop date come by.
POSSIBLE PIZZA PARTY!!!! LETS WIN THIS!!!!
The Department of Undergraduate Studies is requesting you to complete the above survey.
The Seminar class that has the most percentage in population, will get a free pizza party from them.
If its your class, I will also offer donuts and raffle prizes of gift cards!
