First Year Research Conference

Thursday, April 26th
Attendance to 1 Session is required
Second and Third extra session attendance will be 5 or 10 bonus points on the Final Reflection in seminar.

Integrated Assignment Presentations

Counted in all of your LC courses.

Meaning, you will need to recalculate your midterm grade to see if the presentation grade hurt or helped you.

Bonus points were offered last Thursday, so please don't ask for any. (that was the mini group presentation)

If you have concerns about the grade or questions as to why you go the grade you did, then please make sure to direct them to Dr. Myers.

Team Persuasive Presentation

Your topic is an ORGANIZATION that is decided upon the whole group and approved by Dr. Myers.
Your group will create a speech policy presentation and should also encourage your audience to take specific action on something related to your topic/organization.
The theme for all this is "Role of Government and Democratic Cultural Values"

Due Dates, so far

Read Chapter 9 and complete the quiz by Midnight
Thursday, the team preparation activity is due at the end of Communication. Only one group member needs to upload it.
Read Chapter 10 and complete the quiz by midnight
Tuesday, April 10th, you will have COMM class. All group worksheets will be due on blackboard or as a hardcopy, at the start of COMM class.
